In collaboration with Ideas of Order Architects, we contributed to the transformation of a landmarked artist’s loft in SoHo for a young couple seeking a home deeply rooted in atmosphere, memory, and material character.

The project carefully restored the architectural shell to reveal and amplify the loft’s historic eccentricities, while crafting an interior language that felt both intimate and quietly sculptural. Working closely alongside the clients, the space was designed to house a refined collection of custom furniture, artworks, and objects gathered through years of travel.

At the heart of the home sits a moss-covered rock garden anchored by a soaking tub for two, a contemplative interior landscape that merges architecture, ritual, and retreat.
